Commercialization Analyst

Summary:

We are looking for a Commercialization Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization and Specialty team supporting our AMP solution. You’ll work with the team to analyze internal program data, client data, and market intelligence data to ensure the value proposition of each deal aligns with the client needs. In addition, the role will partner with across Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance and other business leaders throughout the organization to identify and analyze pricing trends relevant to the business and healthcare industry.

What You'll Do: 

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities.

• Ensure deal pricing and quotes are submitted timely and properly approved.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Account Management to ensure program and scope of services aligns with client needs
• Utilize competitive intelligence and price items within applicable department guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers on deal and proposal strategy.
• Finalize pricing documents as needed and deliver through the applicable method.
• Evaluate internal and external pricing and contract data, and market intelligence to maximize win rate and profitability.
• Analyze profitability data and drivers and make recommendations for business decisions with direct revenue impacts.
• Assist in developing renewal pricing in order to grow profitability in accordance with contractual terms.
• Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience in pricing, finance, strategy, bids, analytics, or deal management.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Capacity to manipulate large data sets within Excel using vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Familiarity with Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools
• Experience leveraging Salesforce.com for CRM, Workflows, and Reporting
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Aptitude for innovation and process improvement.
• Must be able to work cross-functionally within an organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
