The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with the Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to build tools and methods for measuring product performance, conducting product experiments, and supporting new feature development. Your experience with established product experimentation best practices and understanding of the associated statistical concepts will allow you to quickly establish credibility across functional areas. The Senior Product Analyst will report to the Manager of Predictive & Product Analytics in the Pharma business unit.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll help build the product vision, strategy, and roadmap alongside our product organization. You will work with other analytics teams to define requirements for delivering key capabilities that provide visibility into product performance and the end-to-end patient journey. You’ll be expected to continuously improve, elevate and evolve our analytics offerings from data modeling to visualization.
What You’ll Do

Partner with product managers and key stakeholders to define, capture, and monitor key program and platform metrics, particularly in the context of product experimentation
Perform value discovery, evaluate risk, experiment on new concepts, validate results – all in quick iterations.
Strive to strike the right balance between innovation, maintenance, and product sustainability when determining priorities
Obtain a deep understanding of the capabilities and nuances of the data stack powering our analytics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope new features and inform the product roadmap through analysis
Define and monitor key metrics; investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps
Advise business partners on A/B test design and interpretation while upholding experimentation best practices within and across teams
Work cross functionally to find ways to scale our insights through better systems and automation
BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, operations research, or related quantitative social/physical science
Previous analytics experience required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in understanding the fundamental functionality of our products and the data lineage from user interaction to the analytics environment
A natural collaborator who brings disparate stakeholders together to make things happen
Strong problem solver who can handle interrelated projects
Experience using SQL to build scalable data models to drive efficiency and automation
Expertise with data visualization tools to convey actionable insights to product managers and business leaders; Tableau preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation best practices
Knowledge of and ability to explain basic statistic techniques: linear and logistic regression, confidence intervals, p-values
