Summary
We are looking for a strategic account management professional to lead the development of a fast-growing, client-facing team. This highly visible role oversees the management of pharmaceutical account managers and supporting roles, specifically in our AMP business. The Manager will coach, develop, and lead a team of account managers and associates; working with some of CoverMyMeds’ most essential client accounts. Additionally, this position leads client centric or business process strategic initiatives, drives client excellence through oversight and influence, and oversees the profitability, performance and customer satisfaction of their respective program portfolio.
