Product Training Specialist

The Product Training and Documentation Specialist is responsible for developing educational content targeting internal and external audiences. This position will collaborate closely with all Payer functional areas, including Implementation, PA Content, Agile Delivery, Product Management, and Account Management.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain customer-facing training curriculum to support implementation and customer success with Payer solutions
  • Deliver customer-facing training as needed
  • In partnership with product owners, create and maintain user-friendly, educational and technical documentation for all Payer solutions
  • Inventory materials that other teams have developed and establish a central library of Payer materials for all to access
  • Develop customer portal for training materials
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal on-boarding and training materials
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on training curriculum effectiveness
  • Travel to client sites as needed for training

About You

Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to provide high-quality work across a variety of media. Qualifications include:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills
  • 3 – 5 years of experience developing effective training and communication materials
  • Ability to understand technology and easily and accurately translate technical information to various audiences
  • Very strong organizational and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of training principles (Train the trainer, adult learning, professional development)
  • Experience with curriculum or instructional design
  • Experience presenting and training on complex or technical topics
  • Four-year degree or equivalent
