By educating and removing barriers, these key team members ensure that CoverMyMeds' service, and the prior authorization process in general, is hassle-free. We strive to wow our users by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and quick resolution to prior authorization-related scenarios.
What You'll Do
HubExpress Coordinators work on the front line of Support to ensure a successful prior authorization submission takes place. A prior authorization is a request submitted by a patient’s prescriber to the patient’s insurance plan to request coverage of costs for a particular medication. These Coordinators are equipped to handle real-time questions throughout the prior authorization process, including working closely with pharmacies, prescribers, and payers.
