The User Experience Researcher knows CoverMyMeds’ users backwards and forwards. You'll gain insights by leveraging a variety of research methodologies, such as user interviews, surveys, field observations, A/B testing, and moderated & unmoderated usability studies. You'll synthesize complex information and effectively communicate your findings about user behavior, preferences, workflow, and priorities. You will work closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, UX designers, and other user experience researchers to optimize the user experience.
The position will work on products that span the entire life-cycle, from mature solutions to new concept ideation.
What You’ll Do
You have a strong understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of various research methods, including when and how to apply them throughout the product life cycle. You are curious about human behavior and ask great questions. You assume a consultative and collaborative approach when working with teams to untangle complex issues and design appropriate research strategies.
