Operations Analyst, Contracts/Legal Team


CoverMyMeds seeks an Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing organization and Contracts / Legal Team, reporting to CoverMyMeds’ Senior Corporate Counsel.  This role will be responsible for managing business intelligence and process improvement initiatives, including monitoring capacity, quality, and internal service levels through development and deployment of compliance dashboards and KPIs to enable the achievement of a top-performing Contracts / Legal Team.  This position will be based out of our Highland Hills office. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute operational concepts, including the creation of dashboards / KPIs to produce increased efficiency.
  • Work closely with Senior Corporate Counsel to monitor progress toward departmental goals and objectives, conferring with team members, internal customers, and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Evaluate and advise on daily operations of the Contracts Team to ensure productivity, balanced workload, timely delivery, and quality output to meet overarching business objectives.
  • Maintain visibility into the sales opportunity pipeline by establishing effective relationships with the Enterprise Business Systems team, advising on capacity recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain contract templates and quality data in the contract management system (alerts, calendaring, reporting, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough research and provide concise reports.  
  • Assist with development and delivery/presentation of other reports, presentations, projects and other general documentation as requested.
  • Cross train with other team members to serve as back-up during absences and peaks, as needed.

  • Superior project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in driving operations management excellence. 
  • Strong writing, grammar, and punctuation skills. 
  • Attention to detail with an ability to independently analyze data, conduct root cause analyses and provide associated documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast paced environment.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant business experience.  Experience in a corporate contracts, legal, or procurement department involving interaction with contracts and contract data is helpful, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software solutions.  Experience with or a contract management system is helpful.  
  • Willingness to travel as required meeting team and department goals (approx. 15%).
